Quality at REICHHART
Great importance is attached to quality within the REICHHART Logistics Group. We understand quality in the literal sense of the word - the way in which services are provided is the yardstick set by the customer. What we aim to do is to establish an operation that is transparent to both the inside and the outside where every step can be tracked and monitored.
This is why both of the REICHHART divisions are certified in accordance with ISO 9001.
Furthermore, our production facilities have also been certified in accordance with the guidelines issued by the VDA (German Association of die Automotive Industry) and ISO/TS 16949.
We regard quality management as being a core competence.
REICHHART therefore has the competence and authority to audit all of the divisions in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949. The certification process is carried out in cooperation with the TÜV Süd certification agency.
This is intended to show both customers and employees that REICHHART accepts the exacting challenge of subjecting itself to a continuous improvement process.
Our standard of quality is the soma at all levels and in all divisions, and it applies to all of the services offered by our Logistics Group.
The REICHHART intranet is a forum for all processes, procedures and standards affecting quality throughout the company.
We expect our partners to meet the same demands for quality that are imposed on us by our customers and by ourselves. Our customers are therefore safe in the knowledge that fundamental consensus regarding quality is achieved throughout the entire service chain.
